We can assist with or take on routine tasks as well as “one-offs”. Need to unearth some older files and decide what needs to be kept and what can be recycled or shredded? Need someone to monitor a bank balance regularly to make sure a transfer happens when needed, but funds don’t accumulate unnecessarily? Just a few examples among many possibilities.
Bookkeeping, Payments & Payroll
Fluency in Quickbooks (Mac version, Desktop version, or QBOnline) is at your disposal to cover routine bookkeeping, invoicing, and bill-paying (using A/P if helpful) for both individuals and businesses. We also work with sales tax portals and payroll companies to continue with your established schedules.
Overcoming Paperwork
That “paperless” society we were all expecting sure has a lot of paperwork, doesn’t it? We can help with filing solutions, with either physical or digital systems—or both.
Special Projects
If you have a space that is out of control, such that you can’t find what you know you have, maybe it’s time to call in reinforcements to help sort through and separate what it’s time to donate, recycle, or otherwise get out of the way, and then put it all back in an organized set-up that allows better access in the future. And because life doesn’t always fit those organized set-ups forever, call us back for a touch-up/refit after a few years if you need it.
